I had an amazing experience at this location thanks to Michelle at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Michelle made my stay exceptional, and I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding service. Home2 Suites is lucky to have an employee of her caliber.

I had an excellent stay at Home2 Suites Buford. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Michelle, who went above and beyond to make sure everything about my visit was perfect. From check-in to check-out, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. It’s rare these days to find someone who treats every guest with such kindness and respect, and Michelle truly exemplifies what great hospitality should be. Because of her excellent service, I will absolutely choose this location again whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at Home2 Suites was fantastic, and I'd highly recommend it. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it a breeze to get to. The parking lot was clean and well-lit, which I always appreciate. ​My room was spotless and very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. But the real highlight was the breakfast—it was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. ​Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great value. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We were especially grateful that she was able to facilitate an early check-in for us after a lengthy flight. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the overall establishment is remarkable. Stayed this past week 2/11 for work. Nice clean / comfortable hotel. It was surprisingly a quiet area overall which was really nice. Lots of stuff to do nearby and seems like a great area overall plenty of retail / restaurants nearby to also enjoy. The lady working the front desk ( I don’t recall her name) was also great to deal with and very friendly/ knowledgeable.

I had a really great experience thanks to Michelle at the hotel. After a long day at work I accidentally left my phone behind. I work right across the street at Raising Cane’s, so I came back hoping it might still be there. Not only did Michelle find it, but she had already charged it and kept it safe for me. She was extremely kind, understanding, and patient with my family and our situation. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing her job. Her honesty and compassion turned a stressful moment into a huge relief. Employees like Michelle make a place feel welcoming and trustworthy. I truly appreciate her and hope management recognizes how valuable she is.

Very clean and nice hotel. I've stayed at several Home2 Suites and this has been the best one. The front desk employees were very friendly at check in and even provided me with a disposal razor so I didn't need to go searching for one after a long day. The room was spotless and comfortable. They gave me a nice bag with water and chocolates. Very nice touch.

Michelle and the staff were Great. I asked for a late checkout because my cat was in the middle of surgery and wouldn’t be done until 2 pm . they let me stay till 1 o’clock because I live two hours away and I wanted to be here when she got out of surgery they helped me get her to the room and we’re very, very kind. it made a very stressful situation bearable and I’ll definitely be back
